Health Guarantee / Sales agreement

This agreement is made for the benefit and protection of buyer and seller. Each puppy is veterinarian checked before
leaving our home. We require that your new puppy to be taken to your vet of choice with in 3 days of purchase for a
puppy wellness check up. We have no control over the exposure your puppy encounters after leaving us. If you choose
not to have your puppy examined, then our contract is VOID.
If with in 3 days your puppy is diagnosed with a life threatening health problem or If puppy dies with in 3 days buyer
must have an autopsy/necropsy to determine the cause of death. The purpose of the autopsy is to verify that the
puppy did not die due to injury, accident, or an illness that was caused by the buyer. Buyer will be responsible for All
air fare of said puppy.
A copy of the report must be forwarded to the seller before determining if a refund will be provided. We will replace
the puppy if the cause was before leaving our care with a puppy of same value is available or when one becomes
available. ( the seller reserves the right to postpone the replacement puppy for any reason.) Replacement puppy is
only giving If ALL terms are met and the threatening condition is such as liver, kidneys or heart. If buyer chooses to
keep the puppy, regardless of any health issue, seller will not issue a refund for the cost of the puppy or for any other
expense, including airfare or veterinarian expenses.
Items not covered by your health guarantee: Worms, Parasites: including Coccidia and Giardia (common in young
puppies).
All puppies are de-wormed before leaving our home but, additional treatment may be necessary. Hypoglycemia: is 100%
preventable. Please carefully read the article that we provide on Hypoglycemia. Umbilical Hernias: Are common in
puppies and usually disappear by 6 months of age. They develop when the umbilical cord is cut to close to the
abdomen. If you are purchasing this puppy for the purpose of breeding, or showing we do not guarantee the breeding
potential of any puppy or show quality or color.
We do our best to estimate adult size based on the weight of puppy at 6, 8, or 10 weeks of age, the size of parents and
from previous litters .Please keep in mind that it is possible that the puppy ends up being smaller than anticipated or a
little larger then our original estimate. This contract is Void if cause of injury or death is due to any mishandling or
accidents by buyers. Remember this is a baby and care must be given. A safe home should be given to your new arrival
and young children should be supervised in handling new pup.
After 72 hours all sales are final and no money will be refunded for any reason!
